Sounds easy doesn't it, well it's not, as so many businesses have learnt to their 

cost since we started trading in 1893.

Many things have changed in that time and whilst we are proud of our heritage

we must remain focused on our future if we are to continue trading for another

100 years and more.

Myself as Chairman together with the CEO, directors, managers, team leaders

and team members all have a responsibility to make sure we do just that.
